DONS RATINGS: Bowditch leaves it late
David Martin - 6 - Made a few good stops, but perhaps could have done better to deny Scott Laird's header. Kicking was weak.
Dean Lewington - 6 - A solid game for the skipper.
Paul Downing - 6 - The pantomime villain for the Walsall fans, and had a few shaky moments but nothing major.

Hide AdJack Hendry - 6 - Growing in confidence, but still shows signs of nerves. Had a header cleared off the line though.
George Baldock - 5 - Usually a reliable performer, wasn't at the races as he failed to produce at either end.
Ed Upson - 6 - Played the lynch pin role though was more adept at tackling than ball playing.
Samir Carruthers - 5 - One of 'those' games for Carruthers as he tried to get things going, but had little to work with and his frustrations grew into petulence.

Ryan Colclough - 5 - Had a couple of decent efforts, forced Etheridge into a top save, but never really had the fear-factor.
Ben Reeves - 5 - Poor at the set-piece, though provided a couple of decent efforts on goal.
Dean Bowditch - 6 - Rescued the game with a late strike, and hit the post with a header - Dons' biggest threat.
