David Martin - 8 - Made a number of great stops to deny Reading at every turn.

Dean Lewington - 7 - Grew into the game after a nervy start against the powerful McCleary.

Kyle McFadzean - 6 - Gifted Reading a great chance when he recklessly missed McCleary, and was almost sent for an early bath after clipping Vydra.

Joe Walsh - 8 - Spectacular volley to win it, but solid and faultless throughout.

Jordan Spence - 7 - Looked far more interested to be at the races than in the last two games.

Darren Potter - 7 - Well in control throughout.

Jake Forster-Caskey - 7 - Tenacious, fierce and constantly interfering with the Reading midfield to stop them playing.

Josh Murphy - 7 - A constant threat, and tormented the Reading defence until late in the day.

Rob Hall - 6 - Looks to be striking up a nice partnership with Carruthers.

Samir Carruthers - 7 - Covered every blade of grass.

Nicky Maynard - 6 - Ran and ran but had little to feed off.
