MK Dons will finish top of Group G in the Leasing.com Trophy after Fulham U21s' win over Wycombe on Tuesday night.
Russell Martin's side will go into the hat as the home side for the round of 32, and will take on a group runner-up.
They still have a game to play too, taking on Wycombe at Stadium MK next Tuesday in what is now a dead rubber.
