Burton Albion proved a bit of a thorn in MK Dons’ side last season.

While they outclassed Dons at Stadium MK, cruising to a 3-0 victory, they stole a 1-0 win at the Pirelli Stadium in the reverse fixture despite only having 27 per cent of the possession.

Scott Fraser, Dons’ joint top-scorer this term, played for Burton last season but made the switch to Stadium MK in the summer after liking what he saw of Russell Martin's side last season. The Brewers head to Milton Keynes on Saturday in the League One relegation zone and without an away win this season. However, they have picked up five points from a possible nine, which has seen them climb to 22nd.

Dons have won three of their last four in all competitions, and sit 17th in the table, five points clear of Burton.

Graham Salisbury takes charge of the game on Saturday. He has booked 36 players and sent off one in his 11 games so far this season - his only red card coming last Saturday when he officiated Northampton Town's 2-0 defeat to Doncaster Rovers at the PTS Acacemy Stadium. Hristo Karaivanov and Grant Taylor will run the lines, with Fourth Official Andrew Laver.

Bookmakers have Dons at 4/5 to win, Burton are 10/3 and 11/4 the draw.
