Dons will play their first league football at Stadium MK since March when they take on Lincoln City this Saturday.

Last season’s encounters between the then newly promoted sides were thrilling at both grounds, with Dons winning 2-1 in Milton Keynes before sharing a 1-1 draw at Sincil Bank.

Down the years, Dons have had the upper hand over the Imps, winning half of the 10 encounters since 2005, while Lincoln have won just twice, with three draws.

Despite this though, Lincoln head to Milton Keynes in excellent form, winning three of their opening four games, beating Oxford in their first league game and thrashing Bradford 5-0 in the Carabao Cup on Tuesday night to set up a mouth-watering clash with Premier League champions Liverpool.

Brett Huxtable takes charge of the afternoon, his third game of the season. Dons fans last saw him in their season opener last season against Shrewsbury. Conor Farrell and Ollie Williams will run the lines, and Fourth Official will be Michael Chard.

The bookmakers have Dons at 31/20 for the win, Lincoln at 17/10 and 23/10 the draw.
