MK Dons will be hoping to put an end to their current dip in form with a win over Accrington Stanley today (Saturday).

Stanley have only visited Milton Keynes twice down the years and have lost on both previous occasions, though they have not been since December 2007. More recently, the sides met at the Wham Stadium last season and this, with Accrington taking 2-1 wins both times.

Dion Charles netted both goals in the win over Dons in December, and he leads the scoring charts for Stanley with 15 goals in League One.

Dons have not won in their last five outings in League One, taking just a point from a possible 15 as they dropped to 16th in the table. Accrington are also in something of a sticky patch, winning just one of their last six too, losing three and drawing two. Accrington's away form is also questionable, with just two wins in nine road trips in 2021.

Dean Whitestone takes charge of the game at Stadium MK, his 26th this season. He has booked 47 and sent off three this season. His last Dons game came in late January when Charlton were 1-0 winners in MK1. Mark Jones and Nik Barnard will run the lines, with Fourth Official Rob Smith.

Dons are evens to win the match, with the draw and an Accrington win at 13/5
