Down the years Dons have won five of the 13 meetings, with Stevenage claiming four themselves, with four draws.

Russell Martin's side started their EFL Trophy campaign off and running with a 3-1 win over Northampton, with Stevenage beating Southampton U21 2-1 in their first game.

Dons ended their run of back-to-back defeats with a 1-1 draw against high-flying Ipswich on Saturday, but Stevenage go into the game with a pair of defeats to their name, most recently losing 1-0 to Salford. It means the bookies have Dons at 6/5 to win, Stevenage at 19/10 and 12/5 the draw.
