He said: "We like to try and take the positives from it all: we're spending a lot of time together. My little boy is three so he needs a lot of entertaining. But it's tough times for everyone, we're all in it together.

"I like to read a lot anyway, but the club have been great and a few books have been put into our WhatApp group for us to read. I wake up early and try and keep in a routine, keep myself fresh."

With more and more guidelines regarding social-distancing and interaction, Gladwin has urged Dons fans to continue to follow the advice given to get back to normal as quickly and smoothly as possible.

He added: "The experts are there to give us advice and guide us in the right direction to get this over and done with as quickly as possible and keep everyone safe. Following the advice, we have to get creative at home, challenge ourselves and learn things with the time we've got.

"Try and stay positive and hopefully, football will be back fairly soon and we can all get together and pull in the right direction. Follow the advice and stay healthy."
