Keeper Fisher praised as Martin warns no-one is safe
Dropping Lee Nicholls in favour of deadline day signing Andrew Fisher showed 'no-one is safe in the team' as Russell Martin seeks a reversal in fortunes for MK Dons.
Nicholls, Dons' first choice keeper since 2017, was left on the sidelines for the 1-0 defeat to Blackpool on Saturday, with Fisher making his league debut in his place.

Martin, who has been full of praise for Nicholls' abilities on and off the ball this season, said the keeper had been talked to about his performances this season and warned the rest of the team that he is not afraid to drop anyone.
He said: "I spoke to Lee a few weeks ago about his performances, and he's fantastic in taking so much responsibility. But there are things he could do better and he's been honest about that.
"It was a tough call because he has been great since I came in, both as a character and on the pitch. It was a tough call, but it was right for the team. Andrew hasn't put a foot wrong in there though.
"Until we get a result though, no-one is safe in the team."

He said: "Andrew Fisher was brilliant. When you come in and play well, he can expect to stay in goal. He's an excellent goalie, and showed what he can bring. He showed no nerves, he was relaxed and confident."
