MK Dons' five-year transfer net-spend compared to AFC Wimbledon & Gillingham

The 2020/21 League One campaign has been fairly subdued on the transfer front, with the financial uncertainty caused by the COVID-19 pandemic seeing MK Dons and the rest of the division tighten their belts, opting to invest largely in free transfers and loan deals.

We've taken a look (via Transfermarkt data) at how MK Dons' five-year transfer net spend compares to every other League One side, along with each teams most lucrative sale or costly signing over the period. Here's where the Dons rank in the intriguing spending league table:
