Keith Curle's side meanwhile progressed in second place in the group, and beat Exeter City on Tuesday night 2-1 to set up the clash with Dons.

Not only the second time the sides have met in this competition this season, it will be the third time the sides have played each other, having shared a 0-0 draw at the PTS Academy Stadium last month.

The game will be played in the week commencing January 11, 2021.
