No changes for either side at the break - MK Dons kick-off. Second half underway at Stadium MK

HALF TIME: MK Dons 1-0 Accrington Stanley

When the game is bad and chances are few and far between, you’ve got to capitalise when you can and Mo Eisa has done just that. A great effort at the very end of the half, but it has been a below average half in terms of quality from both sides.

Dons though go in ahead at the break, and that’s the most important thing.

GOAL! 45 mins: Dons lead!

Eisa nets his third of the season! Great ball from Lewington to get Parrott in, he turns it around for Eisa who still had a lot to do, took on his man twice before slotting past Trafford!

40 mins: Not one for the neutrals

You’ve really got to love Dons or Accrington to have enjoyed any of this game so far. Neither side is playing decent football, it’s a bit of a mess and to be honest... rubbish to watch.

30 mins: Twine range free-kick

Mo Eisa is downed about 25-30 yards from goal after a foul from Michael Nottingham, right in Twine range this.

But the midfielder shifts it to Harry Darling who rockets it high and wide of the mark.

22 mins: Dons finally getting into it

It has taken them the best part of half of the opening 45 minutes to get a foothold in the game and string a few passes together, but they finally seem to be on the same page as each other.

They want to get the ball forwards quickly and get the most out of Mo Eisa, but so far he has only had one sight of goal and sent it over the top.

16 mins: Dons should be behind

The home side really haven’t got going at all here, and should be a goal down. Parrott gives the ball away cheaply, the ball is sent through to Charles who goes one-on-one with Fisher but he dinks the ball wide.

It has been a really poor start from Dons.

7 mins: Twine fires wide

Just wide from the Dons attacker in their first real visit into the Accrington half. The hosts have been penned in for much of the opening period, pressing the Dons defenders into mistakes.

After taking the knee, the game is underway here at Stadium MK. Accrington kick off.
