DOMINIC Blizzard is no longer an MK Dons player after new manager Paul Ince tore up the contract offered to him by ex-boss Martin Allen.
The 23-year-old midfielder had not officially signed the two-year deal handed to him by Allen before his departure to Leicester in May.
And Ince withdrew the offer after being less than impressed with the 6ft 2in Blizzard's displays in pre-season training.
Ince's right hand man Ray Mathias told the Citizen: "Dominic is still training with us but the gaffer felt that with the strong competition we've got in central midfield, he wasn't going to fit in there.
"Keith Andrews is playing out of his skin at the moment and Colin Cameron is very experienced, so it was always going to be difficult for him."
Blizzard played 10 games for the Dons at the end of last season after joining on loan from Watford.
