Player ratings vs Crewe:

David Martin - 7 - Other than being beaten by McFadzean’s own goal, a quiet afternoon. Made two excellent stops when Crewe dared to venture forward.

Dean Lewington - 7 - Put in cross after cross at the other end of the pitch, was barely needed at the back though.

George Baldock - 7 - Like Lewington, was deployed more as an attacking threat.

Antony Kay - 7 - On top throughout, and never stopped barking orders.

Kyle McFadzean - 7 - Own goal aside, an easy afternoon for the centre back.

Darren Potter - 8 - Back to his best in the centre.

Dele Alli - 9 - Hat-trick hero, set one up. Can’t ask for much more.

Dean Bowditch - 7 - Could have had a couple of goals next to his name, but was a couple of inches away from netting.

Daniel Powell - 8 - Deserved more for his efforts after an excellent display.

Ben Reeves - 8 - His goal was the cherry on the cake for midfielder. An excellent finish to cap off a brilliant show.

Will Grigg - 7 - A real work-horse in the first half, faded in the second.

Benik Afobe - 7 - A real bullish goal, determined and strong.

Jordan Spence - 7 - Replaced Baldock, and looked just as much a threat in attack.

Tom Hitchcock - 7 - Only a brief appearance, but played a huge part in two of the late goals.
