MK Dons are refusing to confirm whether or not assistant manager Mick Harford has left the club.
The 54-year-old former Luton Town manager joined Karl Robinson’s backroom staff last summer, replacing John Gorman after he announced his retirement.
Rumours began circulating over the weekend regarding Harford’s Dons future, but the club is refusing to be drawn on whether or not he is still employed at stadium:mk.
In April, Robinson said he would be making changes to his backroom staff and set-up, creating ‘head of department’ roles. But he also said it wasn’t the right time to announce anything.
“There will be changes to the backroom staff, but it wouldn’t be right to talk about them yet,” said Robinson.
“It’ll be based on a continental system with heads of department
“When the time is right, we’ll sit down and announce the changes.
“Ian Wright has always been a part-time member. Wrighty will still be part of what we do.”
