MK Dons have signed former Arsenal striker Chuks Aneke - their fifth signing of the summer.
The 23-year-old front man is currently recovering from a cruiciate ligament injury he suffered playing for former club Waregem in Belgium and isn’t expected to be fit for another three months.
Aneke made his name at Crewe while on loan from Arsenal. During two loan spells with the Alex, he scored 24 goals, including one against Dons in January 2014 as Crewe ran out 2-0 winners.
His form earned him a move to Belgian side Waregem, but a cruciate ligament injury has ruled him out of the game since last November.
He signs on an initial one year deal, but the club have an option to take up another year.
