The Rams were bought by Stormzy, Zaha and former Crystal Palace head of care Danny Young in 2023.
Millen takes up the job in the Isthmian League - South East Division with his side in tenth spot, having gone a couple of months since Jermaine McGlashan stepped down in September with the side in 17th.
Having worked with part-owner Zaha during their time together at Crystal Palace, Millen agreed to take the job which was very close to home for him too.
