How MK Dons could line-up to face Doncaster Rovers with latest injury news

There is light at the end of the tunnel for several of MK Dons’ injured players but likely few changes for Saturday’s game against Doncaster Rovers.

The list of names missing in action in recent weeks has featured some big hitters, with some edging back to contention.

Callum Paterson has featured off the bench against Stevenage and Bromley recently, but the likes of Kane Wilson, Rushian Hepburn-Murphy, Craig MacGillivray, Ryan Barnett and Curtis Nelson have all been out of commission.

Offering an update on his injured players, boss Paul Warne said: “Kane is still ticking along nicely, but Rush is still three or four weeks away.

“Pato is back with us obviously and Ryan was also involved in training again (on Thursday) but he’s not quite in full training, and both Nels and Craig are back on the grass. It feels like a few of the lads are coming back now.”

After winning back-to-back games against Stevenage and Bromley, any changes to the side for the visit of Grant McCann’s Rovers are likely to be to freshen things up and to keep players match-fit, with plenty of options in the midfield should Warne wish to rotate.

Here’s how we think Dons could line-up to face Doncaster.
