HALF TIME: MK Dons 1-0 Wycombe Wanderers

A tale of two goals - one disallowed and one given from the spot.

Not a lot to tell between them except the penalty decision really, but Stewart’s red card will be pivotal in this one from here.

Troy Parrott makes no mistakes from the spot, beating Stockdale and rushing off to celebrate in front of the visiting supporters!

1-0

And Wycombe are down to 10 men! Troy Parrott beats the offside trap and is in on goal, but he’s hacked back by Anthony Stewart - the referee points to the spot and sends off the Wycombe man!

34 mins: Oh no, the flag’s up!

Jacobson’s ball in is brilliant as ever, Tafazolli gets his head on it to put it past Fisher and Wycombe wheel off celebrating... but the flag finally goes up and it’s chalked off.

30 mins: A more settled affair now

After that early flurry from Wycombe and Dons’ resurgence, there hasn’t been a lot to tell between the sides in the last 10 minutes. Pressure has started to shift from Fisher’s goal more towards Stockdale’s, with Twine chancing his arm from 20 yards but it was straight at the Wycombe keeper.

Still honours even.

20 mins: Darling gets a bandage

Up for a corner, Harry Darling went head-to-head with Jack Grimmer and came off wore. He’ll play on with a bandage around his head after getting treatment.

Dons starting to get back into it now after riding out that early shaky period.

10 mins: Wycombe hit the bar

The home side are still slow to get going here, with Wycombe doing the majority of the leg work in these first 10 minutes. Long balls down the flank seem to be the order of the day from Gareth Ainsworth’s men, but when Daryl Horgan spun Harry Darling to get a shot away, it hit the top of the frame of the goal.

At the other end, barely anything has happened - Troy Parrott has headed wide from a Tennai Watson cross.

2 mins: An early eye-opener

Sixes and sevens at the back from MK Dons, Vokes should score, Fisher saves but Dons cannot get on top of it, Darling has to hack it away.

The home side have made a nervous start to this one so far.

After Wycombe take the knee and Dons stand arm-in-arm, we’re underway.
