Player ratings vs Bristol City: Reeves is in the goals again

Player ratings vs Bristol City:

David Martin - 7 - A busy first half for the keeper, but kept City at bay with a string of great saves. Hesitated when coming for the loose ball, allowing Baldock in to score.

Dean Lewington - 6 - A lot of City’s attacks came from his flank as he pushed forwards in the early stages. Should have scored a header in the first half when unmarked at a corner.

Lee Hodson - 6 - A quiet game from the full back, but was doubled up on for a lot of the second half.

Shaun Williams - 6 - Took his goal brilliantly, but looked at sea in defence.

Antony Kay - 6 - Early defensive mishaps aside, a solid performance.

Darren Potter - 7 - Put in some excellent defensive tackles when Dons found themselves under pressure.

Stephen Gleeson - 7 - Box-to-box as ever, strong, battling performance.

Samir Carruthers - 7 - Industrious, ran himself into the ground by the time he was replaced.

Daniel Powell - 6 - A tame, early shot aside, fairly ineffective.

Ben Reeves - 8 - Great goal, and tricky to pick up throughout. Found a lot of joy on the right flank.

Chris Long - 7 - Showed glimpses of what to expect from him. Probably should have done better with his one-on-one.

Dean Bowditch - 7 - Tracked back and mucked in with defensive duties in the latter stages, while also having two decent chances up front.

Luke Chadwick - 6 - Added some much needed legs in the late stages.

George Baldock - Almost scored, clattered his brother too. Good cameo.
