David Martin – 6 – Only beaten by a breilliant volley from Schumacher. Otherwise, a cold and lonely afteroon for the keeper.

Dean Lewington – 6 – Not the ideal way to bring up 400 league appearances, but didn’t really do a lot wrong.

Adam Chicksen - 6 - Didn’t have much of an affect on the game on the right.

Shaun Williams - 7 - Looked confident on the ball as always, and didn’t struggle much with the threat of the Bury forwards.

Antony Kay - 7 - Kept close tabs on the Bury front line, and didn’t give them much to work with.

Darren Potter - 6 - Went missing for long periods in the second half. Doesn’t look the same player without Gleeson foiling him.

Ryan Harley - 7 - Popped up everywhere to get play moving, but was alone in doing so in midfield.

Dean Bowditch - 8 - Took his goal brilliantly, and enjoyed a lot of joy down the left. He just couldn’t put in that killer ball.

Daniel Powell - 6 - After a great first half, went missing in the second. Made a couple of fine runs, and put a few decent balls, but nothing worked for him.

Izale McLeod – 6 – Showed glimpses of what h’s capable of, but the goal everyone hoped for didn’t come. Replaced by Alan Smith.

Ryan Lowe - 6 - Struggled to make a difference up top, and had to drop deep to make an impact.

Zeli Ismail - 6 - Had similar joy to Powell and Bowditch out wide, but couldn’t deliver the telling ball.

Alan Smith - 6 - Added some extra fight in midfield, but the game had already gone when he came on.
