David Martin - 6 - Unused by and large.

Lee Hodson - 6 - Sacrificed late on to allow for more attacking options.

Dean Lewington - 7 - More effective in attack than defence, such was Colchester’s approach.

Jordan Spence - 7 - Another composed show against strong Jabo Ibehre.

Shaun Williams - 7 - Forced the brilliant Sam Walker to make two good saves from set pieces.

Darren Potter - 7 - At the heart of everything, pulled the strings.

Stephen Gleeson - 7 - A good return after suspension, forced Walker into the best stop of the afternoon.

Samir Carruthers - 8 - Ran himself into the ground, tracking back brilliantly as well as floating all over the pitch to help the attacking play.

Dale Jennings - 7 - Looked good in the first half and looked desperate for a goal.

Ben Reeves - 7 - A quieter performance than in recent weeks, but looked a handful.

Patrick Bamford - 7 - Tried hard to sign off at stadium:mk with a goal, but it wasn’t to be a fairy tale ending. Came close though.


Dele Alli - 7 - Lifted the spirits of the crowd and started the late onslaught.

George Baldock - 6 - Played deeper than in recent weeks, but had little defensive work to do.

Daniel Powell - 6 - Almost marked his return with a great individual effort.
