Player ratings vs Port Vale.

David Martin - 7 - Little to do, but was good in the air and made a couple of good stops.

Lee Hodson - 7 - Backed up his great performance at Wolves with another strong showing.

Dean Lewington - 7 - Added more in attack as he was barely needed at the back. Played a couple of superb balls.

Jordan Spence - 8 - His best performance in Dons colours. Though barely threatened, made some vital interceptions.

Shaun Williams - 7 - Hardly troubled, but when called upon, was his usual composed self.

Darren Potter - 7 - Won’t steal the headlines, but made things work in the middle.

Stephen Gleeson - 8 - Started with a screamer, left with a standing ovation. Covered every blade of grass.

Samir Carruthers - 8 - Has settled in again and formed part of the deadly front quartet.

Ben Reeves - 9 - Hard to budge off the ball, skilful, quick. Three goals in three, and set one up too. Outstanding.

Dale Jennings - 8 - Still not fully fit, but had pace to burn. Dominated on the left.

Patrick Bamford - 7 - Another goal for his tally, could’ve had two or three.

George Baldock - 6 - Wasn’t required to do much, but put in a few tasty balls.

Antony Kay - A welcome return, but picked up a booking.

Brendon Galloway - Too late to have much of an impact.

Top Don: Ben Reeves.
