Player ratings vs Rotherham: Bamford is a class above the rest

David Martin - 7 - Made some excellent saves in the first half but couldn’t shake off his injury. Replaced in the first half.

Jon Otsemobor - 6 - Wasn’t called on to do much defensively. Sacrificed late on for Baldock.

Dean Lewington - 7 - Battled boldly. Not needed much at the back but added a lot going forward.

Shaun Williams - 7 - Not his best penalty, but they all count.

Tom Flanagan - 6 - Unlucky to lob his own keeper for Rotherham’s equaliser.

Darren Potter - 6 - Almost played his side into danger, but recovered well.

Stephen Gleeson - 8 - Box to box, energetic, caused trouble all over the pitch.

Ben Reeves - 8 - Showed why Robinson brought him in. Clever touches, good movement, and deserved a goal.

Daniel Powell - 7 - Still hit and miss, but getting better with each touch.

Jason Banton - 7 - Showing signs of what he’s capable of.

Patrick Bamford - 8 - Wanted to get involved, frustrated at a lack of chances, but took his only real opportunity in fine style.


Ian McLoughlin - 6 - Not as busy as Martin, but a mix-up with Flanagan allowed Rotherham back into the game.

Izale McLeod - 7 - A late sub to add bodies up front. Nearly made it comfortable late on.

George Baldock - 7 - Showed his usual desire to get on the ball and take players on.
