Back underway, Portsmouth restart the game.

HALF TIME: Portsmouth 0-2 MK Dons

A frantic opening half for Dons, but what a finish! Poor for the opening 19 minutes or so, Eisa’s goal gave them their footing all of a sudden, and from there, they’ve looked back on their game. Passing crisply and sweetly, Corbeanu’s stunning strike on the stroke of half time doubled their lead in some style.

45 mins: GOAL! What a goal from Corbeanu!

An unbelievable finish from Theo Corbeanu doubles Dons’ lead on the stroke of half-time! A poor pass back to the keeper from Freeman allows Twine to shove Raggett out the way, his strike though is deflected into the path of Corbeanu who lashes a left-footed volley off the underside of the bar to make it 2-0!

Dangerman Twine finds space on the edge of the box but Bazunu is down low to smother his effort.

40 mins: A good chance for Curtis

Lewington out of position again, Harness breaks for a three on two, picks out Curtis who this time should’ve crossed but instead has a go and Cumming puts it over.

35 mins: Portsmouth getting back into it

A little flurry of activity from the home side as they look for an equaliser. A few high balls into the mixer, a corner as well for Portsmouth but nothing really to cause Cumming any issue.

25 mins: Dons have found their footing

Since taking the lead, Dons have looked awake again and back on their game. Passing nicely, looking intent on getting forwards and threatening.

Theo Corbeanu gets his feet in a muddle and can’t get a shot away.

20 mins: GOAL! Mo Eisa gives Dons the lead!

He’s barely touched it, he’s barely been near the ball to be fair, but Mo Eisa gives Dons the lead!

A terrific first touch to get it out his feet, then having drawn out Bazunu, he slots coolly past the keeper to put the visitors ahead!

18 mins: Another let off for Dons

A loose pass from Lewington is straight to Morrell, he puts in Curtis but he fires across the face of goal and harmlessly behind.

MK Dons really not at it in these opening period.

Should be 1-0 to Portsmouth but for a glaring miss from Pompey’s Connor Ogilvie. Still up from a corner, he hovers in the six yard box and is found from a header back across goal but he somehow fires over the top.
