Karl Robinson believes there will be bids from Premier League sides for Dele Alli before the transfer window closes.
The 18-year-old put himself well and truly on the map on Tuesday night, dominating in midfield against a Manchester United squad littered with talent and experience in the centre of the park.
While he was hotly tipped for a move at the end of last season, Alli remains a Dons player, though Robinson is hopeful of keeping him when the transfer window slams shut on Monday night,
“We’ve heard there may be one or two movements -Premier League opportunities and one aborad too. But we need to be strong. We have an evaluation of the player, and we have a request from the player to stay here for the considerable future.
“And I don’t think we’ll budge on that.”
In terms of bringing players in, Robinson is still keen on adding a left-footed defender and a left-footed winger to add to his squad.
