Tom Naylor’s 86th minute header broke Dons’ resolve late on, after Rushian Hepburn-Murphy’s second goal of the season put the visitors deservedly ahead at the SMH Group Stadium.
Here’s how we rated the players.
5. Aaron Nemane - 8
Out of position again, looked more than capable of playing at left-back and did well against the dangerous Markanday | Getty Images
6. Connor Lemonheigh-Evans - 8
The versatile Welshman, like Nemane opposite, filled in with ease, settling into the game and never looking out of sorts at right-back | Getty Images
7. Liam Kelly - 7.5
Another really industrious performance in the engine room | Jane Russell
8. Dan Crowley - 7
A decent return to the starting line-up. Showed signs of rustiness with some over and under hit passes, but his crosses were on point and his work on the ball was excellent | Getty Images
