Regan Hendry’s goal in stoppage time at the end denied the head coach his first win at Stadium MK, cancelling out Joe White’s first-half strike to give Dons the lead.
Here’s how we rated the players in a pretty unmemorable encounter.
9. Alex Gilbey - 6
Had a few decent sights of goal, one in the second-half in particular he will have wanted to stick away | Jane Russell
10. Joe White - 7
A brilliant finish for his second goal in as many games for the club. Always lively, what he tried didn't always come off but he added some creativity | Jane Russell
11. Tommy Leigh - 6
Another work-horse performance with little to no reward for the front-man | Jane Russell
12. Sub: Sonny Finch - 5
Squandered a good chance of a break to make it 2-0, and gifted away possession cheaply at the end as Tranmere went on to score | Jane Russell
