Scott Lindsey’s first win in charge saw goals from Tommy Leigh, Joe White, Alex Gilbey, Connor Lemonheigh-Evans and Sonny Finch at the Exercise Stadium, while Luke Offord’s own goal came at the wrong end.
Here’s how we rated the players as Dons climbed to 14th in League Two.
9. Alex Gilbey- 7.5
Dons' relentless engine throughout. Ran himself into the ground and was good value for his third goal of the season | Jane Russell
10. Joe White - 7
A maverick showing on his first league start for the side, and on his birthday. A simpler finish he could not have asked for for his goal either. | Jane Russell
11. Top Don: Tommy Leigh - 8
A goal and two assists for his night's work - should have been two goals and an assist but his second effort hit the post. Ran himself out of steam in the second-half, but another very impressive show leading the line | Jane Russell
12. Sub: Tom Carroll - 6
Helped Dons settle in the middle as the hosts sought to take control in the second-half | Jane Russell
