Newport Pagnell Town were knocked out of the FA Cup as AFC Dunstable came from behind to win 2-1 on Tuesday night.
Goals in added time in each half saw Dunstable book their spot in the next round after a 1-1 draw at Willen Road on Saturday forced the game into a replay.
Josh Crawley fired the Swans into the lead from the penalty spot after Adam Pryke was cleaned out by Ricky Perks.
But despite Newport’s first half dominance, they’d be pegged back on the stroke of half time.
From a Newman Carney corner in added time, the ball was headed back across goal by Danny Ryan and Crawley got the final touch as he put through his own goal.
In a far more balanced second period, AFC hit the post through Jason Beck, and then again when Terry Griffiths headed against the frame.
But with extra time looming, Dunstable snatched a winner. Carney’s free kick found Beck at the far post and his header set up Leon Cashman who powerfully struck home the winner.
