MK Dons have no reported cases of coronavirus, the club has confirmed.

Following the EFL's decision to postpone football for three weeks, Dons were due to play Oxford, Gillingham and Tranmere during that time.

But while other clubs in the EFL and Premier League are reporting players and staff in self-isolation, Dons confirmed they have no cases.

"We would like to stress that no cases of Covid-19 have been reported at the club and we continue to follow and implement the expert advice provided by Government," a statement read.

"The health, welfare and safety of all players, staff and supporters must be of paramount importance to us all. We will continue to monitor and follow government advice and we urge all supporters to do the same."

Dons also outlined a refund policy for fans with tickets to any of the postponed games, with anyone wishing to do so able to do that at the Stadium MK box office.
