The final spot in League One will be taken by either Northampton Town or Exeter City after the pair booked their spots in the League Two play-off final on Monday night.

Both sides overcame first leg deficits to progress into next Monday's final in the capital, with Exeter needing extra time to beat Colchester 3-1 at St James Park to go through 3-2 on aggregate before a convincing 3-0 win for the Cobblers saw off Cheltenham after their 2-0 first leg loss.

Northampton's win comes as vincidation for former Dons midfielder Ryan Watson, who missed a penalty at the PTS Academy Stadium in the first leg, while Brennan Dickenson, who left Dons in January, came off the bench for Exeter City to see his side into their third play-off final in four seasons.
