Liam Murphy fired Manor into an early lead, only to be pegged back on the quarter of an hour mark by Tommy Cooke.

The game ebbed and flowed but ended 1-1 and ultimately would be sorted with spot kicks.

With Manor missing the first penalty, substitute Peter Bentley was handed the decisive spot kick and duly converted it to send United into the third round.

Back in SSML Division 2, goals are following MK Gallacticos around as they stuck four past Tring Corinthians.

Josh Douglas-Smith was the hero for Gallacticos, neting a hat-trick for the home side, while Ryan Smith scored the other.

The result moved them up to fifth in the Division 2 table, though they have played up to four games more than other teams around them.
