It was a frustrating afternoon for MK Dons when they last crossed paths with AFC Wimbledon earlier this season.

After Cameron Jerome found the Stadium MK net inside the opening minute, only to see it ruled out for an offside flag, Joe Piggott opened the scoring after 10 minutes for the visitors before Scott Fraser equalised three minutes later as Dons went on to control the game without being able to break the deadlock.

Both manager Russell Martin and Warren O'Hora spoke of their frustrations from that first game, and both believe they have what it takes to claim victory when the sides cross paths in London tomorrow.

"Cameron had a goal disallowed very early on which should have been allowed," Martin said. "They scored early and we replied really quickly and dominated for most of the game. I think they had a couple of chances through Piggott who is a very good striker at this level, but it was a game we should have won.

"And we lost our backroom staff members for 10 days after that, so it was frustrating for a number of reasons.

"They were difficult to break down, organised, worked hard and I expect to see the same thing again."

O'Hora added: "We played really well in that game, controlled it, and we had a goal in the first 30 seconds which was ruled offside when it wasn't. It happens in football.

"We've been watching back that game to see where we can hurt them even more and which ways we can improve."
