More than 140 football teams from Milton Keynes and the surrounding area descended on Sir Herbert Leon Academy for MK Wanderers’ six-a-side tournament.
Two good days of weather brought an excellent standard of play from all age groups, as the hosts and Stony Stratford came out as the biggest local winners.
Wanderers picked up the U12 and U14 trophies, while Stony earned the U9, U13 and ladies section titles.
The event was sponsored by city-based kit suppliers Vandanel and they raffled off a complete new kit on the day. The winning ticket belonged to someone from Northants side Billing United.
Will Boxell scored 10 goals for Stony U9s, and there were three for Sam Jefferson, two from Joel Marklove and one from Bradley Watson as they won six and drew three of their games on the day.
Stony’s U12s, pictured, also enjoyed tournament success when they lifted the cup at a competition in Aylesbury.
They played nine matches and scored 16 goals on their way to victory. Tom Simister bagged seven of them, while there were four from Ethan Flanagan, two from Charlie Boxell and two for Shaun Rath.
The four boys are pictured with team-mates Josh Rook and Luke Hewett, manager Andy Boxell and coach Chris Nicholls.
