After the game finished 1-1, Shenley keeper Sam Craig made a decisive save before Earl Atat converted the decisive penalty to secure the Cup for the MK lads.

The U15s have gone undefeated all season, but came head-to-head with another unbeaten side in Windsor, with silverware and records both on the line.

After a bright start by Windsor Youth in the opening 10 minutes, Shenley FC started to get a hold in the game. Shenley FC eventually converted a chance through Shunta Okada. Shenley FC definitely deserved to be leading at half time and were unlucky to have only converted one chance.

Windsor hit back early in the second half to make it 1-1, the game then swung one way and then the other.

Neither team could convert their chances with both goalkeepers playing exceptionally well, with Shenley stopper Craig putting in a man-of-the-match display for his side.

Extra time passed without incident, and it prompted a penalty shoot-out.

Both sides duly converted their first five spot kicks, forcing the game to sudden death.

But with Craig saving Windsor’s ninth penalty, Atat made no mistakes to win it for Shenley.
