With those around them playing their games in hand, Swans are seventh in UCL Premier Division, but took advantage of Kirby’s slow start, opening the scoring after just four minutes as Sam O’Neill fired the home side in front.

The lead was doubled midway through the first half when Darryl Smith flicked on Fazel Koriya’s corner for Adam Pryke to hammer home.

Kirby defender Kane Brown was in inspired form for the visitors, but he couldn’t keep out Swans on his own, as Dom Lawless netted a third six minutes from time.

On Saturday, Swans take on Harborough Town.
