Unite MK leave it late to mount winning comeback

Unite MK moved up to fifth in the SSML Division 2 table after a remarkable comeback in the last 10 minutes against Grendon Rangers.

Trailing to Dean Garrad's opener on the half hour, it appeared defeat would be on the cards for Unite.

But Luke Little struck twice in as many minutes, the first with 10 minutes to go to give the home side the lead before substitute Martin Skinner added a third with four minutes remaining to complete the turnaround.

Old Bradwell United eased past Totternhoe 2-0, thanks to goals from Charlie Wells and Aaron Bhasin, to go sixth, while MK Gallacticos dropped to eighth after losing 4-1 to Park View.

Clean Slate were a part of a nine goal thriller, but were on the wrong end of the 6-3 scoreline against Pitstone & Ivinghoe, while Loughton Manor shared a goal-less draw The 61 FC (Luton) and sit 12th.
