The winners of the Sky Bet EFL Goals of the Month are chosen by a fan poll on skysports.com.

Healey is up against Alfie Kilgore's strike against Bristol Rovers, when the Rovers central defender fooled everyone when he controlled a square pass and lined up a shot from fully 30-yards.

Blackpool's Conor Ronan also makes the shortlist for his strike against Bolton. As the ball was fed to him, Ronan squared up his body, allowed the ball to hop up off his boot and promptly struck it into the top corner of the Bolton net with vicious swerve and dip.

The winner of the award will be revealed on Friday March 27.
