Walsh made 'memories that will last forever' at MK Dons

Joe Walsh thanked MK Dons on Twitter after the club confirmed he would be leaving on Monday.

Walsh made 145 appearances during five-and-a-half years at Stadium MK, which saw him promoted twice, relegated twice and net five goals, including a memorable acrobatic effort against Reading in the Championship.

"Thank you to everyone involved at @MKDonsFC," he Tweeted. "So many highs and lows over the last 5 and a half years but I’ve loved my time at the club and made memories that will last forever... all the best for the future."
