Who is Dons' latest signing Matt O'Riley?

Matt O'Riley has attracted attention from some of football's biggest names prior to signing for MK Dons.

The 20-year-old made appearances for England U16s and U18s before alerting the likes of Manchester City, Borussia Dortmund and Liverpool to his services while at Fulham.

A part of the Craven Cottage fold since he was eight, and progressed through the youth teams before making his first team debut in 2017 against Wycombe Wanderers in the League Cup.

A regular in the U23s, the attacking midfielder made four first team outings for Fulham - most recently on New Year's Day 2020 in the Championship against Reading.

O'Riley turned down the opportunity to remain at Craven Cottage for this season, opting to seek out first team football elsewhere. After training with Dons since the summer, he impressed manager Russell Martin to earn a contract.
