Who is MK Dons' latest signing Ethan Laird?

There are not many players with Europa League experience playing in League One - but Ethan Laird is one of them.

The 19-year-old joins MK Dons on loan until the end of the season having made two appearances for Manchester United in the group stages of the competition last season.

Coming through the ranks at Old Trafford after signing 10 years ago, the defender started in the 2-1 defeat to Astana, before coming on as a substitute against AZ Alkmaar, which saw United run out 4-0 winners.

A regular member of United's U21s, he played in the 6-0 Papa John's Trophy win over Salford this season, before penning a loan deal to bring him to Stadium MK until the end of the season following the departure of Baily Cargill to Forest Green Rovers yesterday.
