Disabled golfers from all over the country travelled to Milton Keynes last week to compete in the BGL Race to Burhill.
The standard of golf was extremely high, and there was little to separate the top four.
On countback the results were, starting in 4th place, Stan Bembenek (hind-quarter amputee, Berks); 3rd Andy Greenhill (mobility, Leics); 2nd Keith Dolman (above-knee amputee, Essex) and the winner was Hannie Harris from Bucks.
Hannie suffers from Systemic Sclerosis and feels passionately about spreading the word that people with this condition can play and enjoy golf.
The top three qualify for the prestigious final in the BGL Race to Burhill, as Keith Dolman had already qualified for Burhill meant Stan Bembenek qualified as next in line.
