Hardened riders take on Church Lane climb
The event is part of the North Bucks Road Club’s time trial league: a 20-mile time trial that sees competitors complete two laps of a hilly course.
As expected, the two trips up Church Lane in Bow Brickhill provided a real test for the legs with the gradient reaching 17% before levelling back out. Heading out onto the A5 the riders build up speed before starting the return leg back via Woburn and then Woburn Sands.
