The heavily one-sided result sees Milton Keynes soar to the top of the Berks/Bucks & Oxon Premier table with a huge 57 points difference.

Bletchley, also in the division, must wait until next week for their opener.

Milton Keynes 2nds began their Youngs London Gold Merit campaign with defeat as they went down 34-19 to neighbours Leighton Buzzard 2nds.

Buzzards made a quick start through a Reece Harris-Smith try, quickly followed by another from Kristian Hastings with Jake Wheeler converting. Buzzards kept up the pressure, which was reward with another try from R. Harris-Smith.

Some loose passing saw MKs score an intercept try. Shortly after and following a fine break by Nick Geoghegan riding several tackles to put R. Harris-Smith in open space for his that-trick Wheeler converted.

In the second half MK continued to compete strongly and from a turn over scored their second try.

At 24-12, Buzzards brought on their finishers but before they got into their stride MK scored another converted try.

The score line was becoming tight and this gelled Buzzards into their second wind and the team finished strongly with two more tries, the last coming from Andrew Harris-Smith running the entire length of pitch.
