Racer Andrew Jarman has set his sights on the British GT title in 2014 after a brilliant debut season in the Aston Martin GT4 Championship.
After switching from single seaters, Jarman clinched the Aston Martin GT4 Challenge title at his first attempt, driving for the Stratton Motorsport Team.
This week, the Milton Keynes man picked up his championship from Bruno Senna at Aston Martin head quarters in Gaydon, Warwickshire, at the marque’s annual awards ceremony.
Topping off a superb season, there was one last piece of silverware to add the collection as Jarman came third overall in the Aston Martin Global Challenge, a combined global championship of over 200 drivers, open to any driver racing an Aston Martin in any major championship around the world.
For 2014, he has set his sights high, and hopes to challenge for the British GT Championship - a series recognised as one of the most competitive GT championships in the world.
