Red Bull Racing will be hoping for a repeat of the Hungarian Grand Prix as they head to Singapore this weekend.
The performance of the RB11 has been greatly improved at high-downforce circuits, namely Monaco and Hungary, which has seen both Daniel Ricciardo and Daniil Kvyat bring home some impressive results - including a double podium finish in Budapest in July.
But the added humidty adds to the attrition the drivers have to endue during the two-hour race, and Kvyat is hoping to avoid a repeat of last year’s race.
“Last year it was extremely tough because my water bottle didn’t work, so it was a very difficult race,” said the Russian, “But this year I think I’m much better prepared from a physical point of view.”
Ricciardo added: ““It’s the most physical challenge of the year.
