WORLD F1 champion Sebastian Vettel will remain with Red Bull Racing until 2014 after signing a contract extension.
The 23-year-old, who joined the team in 2009, has been supported through the lower formulae by Red Bull’s junior driver programme, and become the youngest ever world champion last season.
In his time with Red Bull the German has won nine races, including five on his way to securing the 2010 drivers’ title and constructors’ championships for his city-based team along with team-mate Mark Webber.
The news of his extension comes just a couple of weeks after he admitted he would like to one day drive for Italian giants Ferrari.
Red Bull will start their defence of both titles when the 2011 season gets under way in Australia on March 27.
