Two squads from MK Netters celebrated qualifying for the National Club Finals at the weekend.

Both the U14s and the U16s teams have had incredible seasons, culminating in Saturday’s tense wait to hear other results from around the southern region to discover whether they’d done enough to qualify for the nationals.

With both sides qualifying for the National Club finals, they will go on to compete against 18 other teams from up and down the country, pitching themselves against the best across a two-day tournament in May.

The Netters are certainly n o strangers to top talent - Chloe Essam, a member of the successful U16 side, has already been capped by England U17s and played at the European Championships.

Chloe even missed the final game of the season as she took part in international trials.

U14s: Kez Lawton, Holly Hinchliffe, Ellie Rowlands, Jemilia Hartley, Isobel Hindley, Isla Duguid, Maddie Beckworth, Katie Gilder Jada braithwaite-Scott, Victoria Booth, Ellie Clarke and Megan Healy.

U16s: Caitlin Rowley, Hannah Loveland, Kelly Lynch, Sarah Flowers, Lydia Rowlands, Chloe Essam, Yasmin Loveland, Aleisha Levy, Kelly Gilloran and Tara Pryde.
