Red Bull Racing were no strangers to inter-team collisions heading into the 2018 Azerbaijan Grand Prix, but the crash between Daniel Ricciardo and Max Verstappen left principal Christian Horner fuming at them both.

The drivers were battling hard amongst each other during the race at Baku before Ricciardo drove into the back of his team-mate heading into the first corner, eliminating the pair on the spot.

Horner had to deal with the tumultuous relationship between Sebastian Vettel and Mark Webber between 2009 and 2013, with infamous clashes at Turkey in 2010 and in Malaysia in 2013, and told former Red Bull driver David Coulthard he 'lost it' with Ricciardo and Verstappen after their accident.

“I remember absolutely losing it with the two of them when we got back into the briefing room,” Horner said. "Adrian (Newey) was in the room as well, I remember he looked slightly shocked.

“And these two kids are looking at me as if I was some hugely scary looking teacher or something. That was probably the last time I had an over-rev.”
